Based on preliminary figures, net digital AG (ISIN: DE000A2BPK34, ticker: VRL) expects the Group to generate sales revenues of around EUR 13 million in the first half of 2025 (H1 2024: EUR 5.4 million) and earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) of around EUR 1.3 million (H1 2024:
kEUR 538).

As a result, preliminary sales revenues and preliminary EBITDA for the first half of 2025 are significantly higher than the previous year’s level. This is mainly due to the positive business development, particularly in cloud, communication and billing services as well as service aggregation.

Based on the preliminary figures for the first half of 2025 and an updated projection for the full year 2025, net digital AG is once again raising its forecast for the fiscal year 2025. The company now expects revenues for the 2025 fiscal year to be between EUR 23.0 million and EUR 27.0 million (instead of the previous EUR 18.0 million to EUR 20.0 million) and EBITDA for the 2025 fiscal year to be between EUR 2.2 million and EUR 2.7 million (instead of the previous EUR 1.2 million to EUR 1.6 million).
